Born in Lyon, France, Martin Ohannessian is a self-taught multi-instrumentalist with an entrepreneurial spirit who toured Europe with his former band before settling in Sant Pere de Ribes—a musicians’ village on the Catalan coast—where he found the space to shape the sound he’d been carrying inside. Warm synths, groovy basslines, and uplifting melodies inspired by Parcels, Metronomy, and Phoenix, colored by a Mediterranean sensibility and the thrill of endless summer nights.

In March 2025, he released Better Place, a 5-track debut EP co-produced and co-written with SOHN (Banks, Erik Hassle). The record quickly surpassed 4 million streams, landed on Spotify editorial playlists—New Music Friday, Made in France, Feel Good—and the press followed: Rolling Stone named him one of “25 artists to watch in Spain,” Plastic Magazine (UK) called it “a spectacular first outing,” and Iggy wrote that Better Place is “much more than a song, it’s a musical ray of light.” It found its most passionate audience in Mexico, where Neverland and Better Place became genuine favorites.

In March 2026, Martin Oh returns with Technologie, a SOHN-produced single that opens a new chapter. In a world increasingly shaped by machines and algorithms, how do we stay human?
